Excerpt	The various field investigations, undertaken in the area of the Greco-autochthonous settlement from Adâncata-Floriile have produced a rich harvest of pre-monetary and monetary finds, reflecting the economic and commercial role played by this settlement, located in the south part of Dobroudja. The sample is composed of autonomous Histrian and Callatian coins, along with a few Macedonian issues. To them, one could add some silver coins issued by Messembria and Thracian Chersonese, during the autonomous period.
